Why?

The eatonweb portal is a highly used resource that has been featured in many articles and recently won forbes best of the web. it also costs money to run. in order to offset that cost and to let people take advantage of the traffic coming through here, i'm providing several ways to let people help.

Text Ad

Buying a text ad allows you to advertise your company/weblog/service on both the homepage and the recently updated page. Ads cost $.35 per 1000 impressions, with a minimum of 15,000 impressions ($5.25). a 15,000 impression ad will run for approximately 1 month, so you will essentially be paying $5.25/mo. ads can be ordered here.

Payment is handled through paypal and your ad activity can be watched through the link provided by textads.biz. Currently, i have no stats on the ads so i can't give an estimate on how long it will run for.
