One Random Scientist is an anonymous blog by a scientist about his "journey from graduate school to Professorship... at least that's the plan." While lots of topics both scientific and not so scientific are covered, it's clear this graduate student's expertise is in some form of evolutionary biology, and he's keeping up with developments in the fields.
The writing style is surprisingly enjoyable without being deliberately confrontational, even when the subject has to do with the interminable "science vs. religion" debates. Our random scientist includes charts and graphs in his posts and doesn't scrimp on explanations of detail. This is a blog to watch, maybe put some money on the odds that this scientist is going to be an excellent Professor someday soon.
