Matthew Heller produces a new style legal website that combines blog posts in a news-like format. An evolution from the original On Point blog, this has been restyled and re-titled as “A New Take on Legal News.” This blog gives accurate, timely news articles about various happenings in the American legal community. The format is humorously written with a news-paper design. Articles are easily searched and grouped into logical areas such as “Story of the Day," “On the Docket” (upcoming court hearings of interest), “On File” (recently filed court documents), and On Point Graphics. Other sections of note are its documentation of high profile trial, a usefully interactive map and calendars of upcoming trials.
