For example, February is Black History Month, many books and ideas are listed that will help you to teach your kids (even if you don't homeschool). Historic figures (George Washington, Laura Ingalls Wilder) have links to lesson plans about their lives. These are only a few examples. Topics include art resources, beginning homeschooling, freebies, curriculum, language arts, various historic figures, music resources, holidays, generators, and different homeschooling methods.

You don't need to be a homeschooler to learn from this blog, parents are always teaching, and there is enough variety for everyone to find something that will work for their family.
