The Fitness Blog is part of, and was started in July of 2007. Topics include exercise and fitness programs, motivation, weight training, goal setting, walking, yoga and more.The Fitness Blog has two primary authors: Lisa Pietsch and Heather Long. Lisa has had many adventures in her life to write about. She has worked three jobs while attending school, served in the US Air Force and run for the her state senate. She has lost over 70 pounds the “old fashioned
way”. She is married with one child.

Heather has been a writer for six years and lives in Texas with her husband and daughter. She works out regularly and has goals to perform in a marathon such as the Walk for Breast Cancer.
