Evolving Thoughts

Subtitled "One Man's Struggle Against Impermanence," Evolving Thoughts is written by philosopher John Wilkins. Judging from the photo offered in the 'profile' column, Wilkins looks amazingly like an albino gorilla. He claims the philosophy of biology to be his primary interest, along with philosophy of religion, debunking of "antiscience" and the raising of his kids, keeping up with politics and opining on a variety of interesting subject matter.

The offerings are not primarily 'hard science' links and analysis, but do include some interesting takes on cultural evolution, science-type public projects, the science blogging community, politics, society and the sheer oddity of humans who inhabit society. Which is certainly apropos for a philosopher, and makes this blog an engaging read.
