This blog hosts posts from several anonymous public health scientists and practitioners, all of whom sign their posts "revere" in recognition of patriot Paul Revere's membership on the first local U.S. Board of Health in Boston [1799].

Here the reader will find opinion and pertinent research on just about any aspect of public health and related policy. There is a certain "whistleblower" undertone to many of the posts, which the authors readily admit to be a consequence of the current administration's bad attitude towards science generally and public health issues particularly in the U.S. Anyone with concerns about access to health care, the cost of necessary drugs, epidemiology and environmental threats to health will find this blog extremely informative - a very valuable resource.
