Confessions of a Pioneer Woman is about Ree, a desperate housewife, "Plowing Through Life in the Country ... One Calf Nut at a Time". Ree shares beautiful photos and heart warming stories about her life. Posts include cowboys, mustangs and horses, cattle, children, poetry, and others. Ree is a thirty-something ranch wife. She has four children and grew up in the city. She went from Los Angeles where she wore black pumps to work everyday, to living in the middle of nowhere on a cattle ranch.
